Learned counsel would contend that the petitioner has been working as Maintenance Engineer for the last 19 years by way of appointment letter dated 29.08.2005, Annexure P-1, however, his services have not been regularised, besides his claim is covered by the policies dated 18.03.2011 and 17.11.2011, Annexures P-4 and P-5 respectively and his name was also approved for regularisation vide meeting note, Annexure P-6. In this regard, a representation dated 20.10.2024, Annexure P-8, has been submitted by him, but the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 20.10.2024 within a period of 6 MOHIT 2025.02.04 10:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
