(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, for setting aside the order dated 01.11.2018 (Annexure P-2), passed by the Presiding Officer, DRT-1, Chandigarh, whereby, the petitioners had been proceeded as ex-parte on an application filed by the respondent-Bank.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that since no application has been filed before the DRT for setting aside the ex-parte proceedings, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the DRT at the first instance.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
