On 21.07.2025 the following order was passed : 'The present appeal pertains to the year 2021 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing inasmuch as notice of motion is yet to be issued. The case has repeatedly been adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellants on one ground or the other. Today again a written request for an adjournment is circulated on behalf of the arguing counsel for the appellants on the ground that he is out of station. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 12.01.2026. It is made clear that pendency of the present appeal shall not be an impediment in the continuation of the execution proceedings before the Executing Court, if any.' Today, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 3.
