*** HARSH BUNGER, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.4 to re-issue the passport of the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that in case F.I.R. No.21, dated 13.01.2023, under Sections 170, 419, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, registered against the petitioner, at Police Station Derabassi, District SAS Nagar, charges have already been framed against the petitioner and the trial is pending.

2.1 Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned Court, where the trial in case F.I.R.
