In the present petition, the challenge is to the transfer order dated 28.01.2020 (Annexure P-9) vide which, the petitioner has been transferred from office of CHC Jhansa (Kurukshetra) to office of CHC Nuh (Mewat). 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 11.02.2020 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the operation of the impugned order dated 28.01.2020 (Annexure P-9) has been stayed and under the interim order of this Court, the petitioner continued working at Kurukshetra.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as of now, the petitioner has completed maximum period of stay at Kurukshetra which is RIYA 2024.05.08 11:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
the petitioner in accordance with law henceforth in case, the same is needed for administration exigencies.

Keeping in view the facts stated herein before, once, the petitioner has already completed the maximum period of stay at Kurukshetra he could not raise any grievance henceforth. The present petition is disposed of with the observations that the respondents will be at liberty to transfer the petitioner keeping in view the administration exigencies henceforth but, till any fresh order is passed, the petitioner will be allowed to continue at Kurukshetra.

Pending civil miscellaneous application, if any, stands disposed of.
