As per office report, petitioner Nos.1 and 4 are stated to have died. Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 stand duly served. The legal representatives of petitioner Nos.1 and 4 have not come forward for being impleaded as a party in the present writ petition. Today also none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioners Nos.2 and 3 despite service.
