At this stage, Mr. J.S. Ghuman, DAG, Punjab has accepted notice on behalf of State-respondents No. 1 to 4. Counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner has submitted a written representation to Inspector General of Police, Jalandhar Range, Jalandhar and Commissioner of Police, District Jalandhar, dated 8.2.2021 regarding this matter, but it has not been disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to the official respondents to decide his representation.
