(ORAL) After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner submits the he would be contended and satisfied considering the fact that the petitioner is already in custody for the last 02 years and 01 month, trial may be expedited. Given the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 03.01.2021 as per paragraph 4 of the status report, the trial Court try to complete the trial on or before 30.04.2023 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall not seek any adjournment. In case, the petitioner seeks any adjournment, then this order shall be recalled under Section 362 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. without any further reference to this Court. The present petition stands disposed of with above said observations. All pending miscellaneous applications, if any, stand disposed of.
