Learned counsel submits that as has been stated in para 6 of the petition, the petitioner got the joining letter, after he visited the post office, whereafter, he even visited the office of respondent No.3 for allowing him to join, however, no action was taken. In this regard, a representation dated 25.01.2025, Annexure P-5, has been submitted by him, but the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, at this stage, on instructions from the petitioner, prays that a direction be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3. In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the MOHIT 2025.02.04 10:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the representation dated 25.01.2025, within a period of 3 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon ! "
