(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.59 dated 13.07.2022, registered under Sections 15, 25, 29, 61, 85 of the NDPS Act, at Police Station Sadar Raikot, District Ludhiana.

Vide order dated 03.03.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Gurrmail Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
