Present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 12.10.2021 (P-11) passed by learned Civil Judge (JD), Hoshiarpur, dismissing the application of the petitioner under Section 10 of the Contempt of Courts Act and referring the matter to this Court for violating civil Court decree.

Learned counsel, after arguing for some time, wishes to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to revive the execution proceedings which were withdrawn on 10.08.2015 (P-9).
