(Oral) Learned State Counsel, on instructions from SI Ram Singh, PS Agroha, District Hisar submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigations and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute. However, learned counsel for the complainant has opposed the grant of bail. In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 6.2.2019 is made absolute till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
