*** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein, inter alia, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 13.07.2001 vide which the petitioner was ordered to be reverted.

When Called out for hearing, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner submits that while issuing notice of motion vide order dated 17.07.2001,reversion of the petitioner was stayed and now petitioner has retired. Therefore, proceedings before this Court are rendered infructuous.
