(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No.05 dated 08.01.2023 under Sections 409, 420, 466, 467, 468, 471, 167 and 120-B of IPC 1860 and registered at Police Station, Banur, District Patiala, Punjab.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Balwinder Singh, P.S. Banur, District Patiala, Punjab submits that in compliance of order dated 09.02.2023, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for further interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 09.02.2023 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
