The petitioner challenges the charge sheet issued under Rule 9 read with Rule 5 (V-IX) of the Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and Appeals) Rules, 1970. The disciplinary proceedings are pending against the petitioner.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to take all the objections before the Inquiry Officer.
