This revision petition arises from the orders passed by both the Courts below while disposing of the application for the grant of temporary injunction filed under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The trial Court has granted injunction in favour of the plaintiff/petitioner, whereas the First Appellate Corut has reversed the same. 2.

On 11.03.2022, while issuing the notice of motion, the parties were directed to maintain status quo with regard to the possession. 3.

The learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that the case is now fixed for final arguments before the trial Court on 18.10.2023.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present revision petition is disposed of with the observation that the interim order dated 11.03.2022, shall continue to operate till the decision of the suit.
