This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 15.09.2025 passed in CWP-27371-2025. 2.

Learned State counsel has handed over a copy of the speaking order dated 24.02.2026 today in Court, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

In view of the speaking order, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.

Needless to say that the petitioners would always be at liberty to avail their remedies as available in law.
