**** Harpreet Singh Brar, J. (Oral) Present petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.PC for quashing of FIR No.127 dated 05.06.2018 under Section 346 IPC registered at Police Station Civil Lines, District Patiala. 2.

Learned counsel for the State, at the outset, on instructions from Inspector Gagandeep Singh submits that nothing survives in the present petition as the cancellation report in the aforesaid FIR has already been submitted by the investigating officer before the jurisdictional Court and the same has also been accepted by the Court concerned.

3. In view of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
