In relation to petitioner-accused Sushil Kumar, he contends that the case of the petitioner would be at par with co-accused Jaskirat Singh to whom concession of regular bail has been granted vide order dated 20.01.2026 passed in CRM-M-56175-2025. He contends that similar allegation of the petitioner being armed with gandasi had been attributed to the said co-accused. He further submits that the petitioner has clean antecedents and no recovery has been effected from him. + 9
