RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.0003 dated 09.01.2020 under Sections 498-A and Section 406 IPC, registered at Police Station Women, District Patiala, alongwith all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court.
