The appellant-husband has filed this appeal to challenge the correctness of order dated 30.01.2002 passed by the Additional District Judge, Kurukshetra allowing a petition filed under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by the respondent-wife.

The appeal was admitted on 22.04.2002 and ordered to be heard alongwith FAO No.117-M of 2000. A perusal of order dated 15.01.2003 passed OMKAR SINGH 2016.01.07 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

FAO No.83-M of 2002 [2] in FAO No.117-M of 2000 reveals that marriage between the parties has already been dissolved by grant of decree of divorce before this Court. Consequently, the present appeal has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
