(Oral) By way of present writ petition, petitioner is seeking quashing of impugned order dated 26.07.1995 vide which respondent No. 3 has de-regularized the services of the petitioner as Chowkidar. The present petition was admitted on 01.11.1995 and it was ordered to be heard along with CWP No. 4180 of 1994. Thereafter, vide order dated 16.05.1996, the stay matter stands disposed off on the statement made by learned counsel wherein he stated that the case of the petitioner for regularization of his services was under consideration.
Since no one has appeared today on behalf of the petitioner and connected CWP No. 4180 of 1994 has become GAURAV ARORA 2016.03.03 14:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
C.W.P No. 15699 of 1995 -2infructuous on 21.11.2012 as per statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner. Thereafter, a presumption at this stage can be drawn that the service of the petitioner has been regularized and the present petition has also also become rendered infructuous. In view of the above factual position, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, petitioner is at liberty to revive this order within a period of three months, if any cause of action survives in the present petition.
