This petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No. 60, dated 13th April, 2019 under Section 308, 323, 506, 148 and 149 IPC (Sections 307, 324, 325 and 341 IPC were added later on), registered at Police Station City 1 Sangrur, District Sangrur.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Sessions Court concerned. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. [AVNEESH JHINGAN] JUDGE 10th March, 2022
