Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing Vide order dated 09.02.2023 passed by a Coordinate Bench, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Savinder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
