This case has been taken up for hearing through videoconferencing. The sale notice was issued on 12.12.2019. The auction was conducted on 16.01.2020. The sale was confirmed on 17.01.2020. In the meantime, the District Magistrate, Panipat passed the order dated 10.02.2020 (Annexure A-11). The petitioners had not disclosed the factum of confirmation of sale as well as passing of the order by the District Magistrate on 10.02.2020, at the time of passing of the order dated 13.02.2020 by this Court.
