(ORAL) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent no.1 to exercise his power to stop, reduce or suspend aid to respondent no.5-School and to pay the petitioner by deducting amount from the Grant-in-Aid payable to the School. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has an alternate remedy before the Educational Tribunal, and he may be relegated there.
