The present petition has been filed under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking transfer of the appeal filed by the petitioner being CA No.179 of 2019 titled as "Ved Parkash Vs. Amar Agro Industries and others" pending in the Court of Additional District Judge, Kapurthala to any nearby District.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the case may be transferred to the concerned court at Jalandhar as that would be a convenient place for both the parties.

In view of the above, I deem it appropriate to transfer the appeal filed by the petitioner being CA No.179 of 2019 titled as "Ved Parkash Vs. Amar Agro Industries and others" pending in the Court of YOGESH SHARMA 2021.12.22 10:10 I attest to the accuracy of this order.
