CWP-3062-2024 Petition herein is, inter alia, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the official respondents to remove the unauthorized encroachments made by respondents No.6 to 10 and their family members in Baba Budha Ji Nagar, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar, situated between Gali Nos.1 to 5, P.O. Dakoha, Tehsil and District Jalandhar, and also from the plot measuring 15 marlas owned by petitioner No.1, situated in the said locality in Hadbast No.223.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Court of competent jurisdiction in accordance with law.
