(Oral) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has seen his individual result and he has secured less marks than the last candidate but learned counsel submits that the petitioner has not been given 05 marks under socio economic criteria.

On a specific query put by this Court, learned counsel submits that the petitioner has not given self declaration along with application form. In view of the above, the petitioner was rightly held not entitled for 05 marks under socio economic criteria.
