RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Iqbal Singh, in case FIR No. 0076 dated 08.11.2018 registered under Sections 452, 323, 427 and 506 IPC (Section 325 IPC was added later on) at Police Station Thuliwal, District Barnala.

On instructions from, ASI Sukhwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.02.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
