SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.396 dated 27.10.2023 (Annexure P.1) under Section 302 IPC (Sections 201,34 IPC added later on) registered at P.S Sadar Sonepat. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.

Prayer is accepted.
