Present petition has been filed under Section 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the order dated 26.10.2023 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Moga, vide which petitioner was charge-sheeted under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 in FIR No.93 dated 22.06.2021, registered at Police Station City Moga, District Moga. 2.
