Dated Police Station Sections 21.7.2020 Sadar Kaithal, District Kaithal 406, 420, 506, 120-B IPC and Section 24 Immigration Act and later on added Sections 370 and 384 IPC The petitioner, arraigned as accused in the above captioned FIR, has come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC for quashing of the FIR and all consequential proceedings based on the compromise with the aggrieved person. 2.
During the pendency of the petition, the accused and the aggrieved persons have compromised the matter, and its copy is annexed with this petition as Annexure P-3.

After that, the petitioner came up before this Court to quash the FIR, impleading the aggrieved person as respondent. 4.
On 31.5.22, the aggrieved Pawan Kumar (R-2) appeared before the ASJ, Kaithal and stated that no compromise has been effected by him and his ASHWANI KUMAR 2022.09.19 09:34 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this Judicial Record/Decree/Document, which is scanned copy of the original
CRM-M-9546-2021 aggrieved family members with the accused-petitioner and he objects to quashing of FIR and consequent proceedings. As per the concerned court's report dated 1.7.22, the aggrieved has not consented to the quashing of FIR and consequent proceedings.
ANALYSIS & REASONING:

Since the victim did not state about their no objection to the compromise, as such this court cannot proceed further in this matter. 7.
Given above, the petition is dismissed. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file a fresh petition if a genuine compromise is entered into by the parties.
