% &'()) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.85 dated 01.07.2009 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 33, 148, 149, 341 & 364 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Raikot, District Ludhiana (later on, challan presented under Sections 323, 341 and 365 IPC read with Section 34 IPC). Further prayer has been made for setting aside order dated 04.09.2015 (Annexure P-2), passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jagraon, declaring the petitioner as a proclaimed offender.

Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has become infructuous as the petitioner herein stands acquitted of the charges levelled against him in FIR (Annexure P-1), vide order dated 01.09.2021, passed by the Court of Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jagraon, which fact is also conceded by learned counsel for the petitioner. Copy thereof is supplied by learned State counsel in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.
In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
