ASHOK KUMAR VERMA, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.272 dated 25.09.2019 registered under Section 420 IPC at Police Station Jamalpur, District Ludhiana.
On instructions from ASI Kulbir Singh, learned State counsel submits that in pursuance of order dated 11.02.2020, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation. He further submits that there is no threat perception to the complainant.
