**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) By way of the present petition, the petitioners seek issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 28.01.2019, vide which the claim of the petitioners for promotion to the posts of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) English, was rejected. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the petitioners have already been promoted to the posts of TGT (English), vide order dated 02.07.2020 w.e.f. 17.07.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute this fact.
