Prayer made in the present petitions for quashing the order dated 31.12.1999 vide which the petitioners were reverted, which though initially was stayed on 12.01.2000, however on 26.09.2002, the Division Bench vacated the same, thus may not be surviving, even due to efflux of time. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners also states that despite best efforts he has not been able to establish contact with them and does not, therefore, press the petition at this stage.
