(ORAL) By this petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to ensure that her safety is ensured at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is issued to Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala to take a decision on her representation Annexure P-2, shown to be made on 31.01.2022.

Consequently, the petition is disposed of with a direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Kapurthala to hear the petitioner and any other concerned person and to take a decision as per law within one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
