(Oral) This Court, vide order dated 17.02.2017 had issued notice to Mr. K.S.Chhabra, Advocate and the petitioner at the address given in the Memo of Parties which reads as under:- "Registry has placed this writ petition on account of the fact that service on respondent No.4 namely Amrik Singh has not been effected. This case pertains to the impugned order, whereby, application of the petitioner for impleadment and proceedings initiated for correction of khasra girdawari has been rejected.
Status quo qua possession has already been granted yet notice of this writ petition be issued to Mr. K.S.Chhabra, Advocate as well as the petitioner as per the memo of parties for 27.03.2017 to apprise this Court that whether anything

As per office report, petitioner is residing out of India. Owing to the civil Court decree having attained finality, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the matter and resiled with situation.
