However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to recourse his appropriate remedies under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, inasmuch as, to file a petition under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, seeking the retrieval, to his matrimonial company, of his estranged wife one Shreya, who is presently residing at her parental home.
