RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.0030, dated 08.02.2022, under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471, 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.8, District Jalandhar, Punjab. After arguing for sometime, counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of present petition with liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the Court of competent jurisdiction.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. However, it is directed that if petitioners surrender before the Court concerned within seven days from today and file an application for redressal of their grievances, the Court concerned would deal with the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
