Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for seeking regular bail of petitioner, pending trial in FIR No. 232, dated 26.06.2019, under Section 22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Phillaur, District Jalandhar.

At the outset, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioner, submits that he has been convicted by the trial Court; thus, he does not want to pursue the present petition any further as it has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed off as infructuous.
