[1] This petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 82, dated 25th May, 2012 under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Guruhar Sahai, District Ferozepur.
[2] The petitioners were declared absconder during trial vide order dated 1st December, 2016.
[3] After arguing for some time and realizing that in view of decision of the Supreme Court in Manish Jain v. Haryana State Pollution Control Board, 2021(1) AICLR 416, the present petition is not maintainable, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer that petitioners will surrender before the trial Court within fifteen days and apply for regular bail, same be decided expeditiously.
