The petitioners have approached this Court seeking issuance of directions to respondent Nos.1 to 3 to provide protection to them as they apprehend threat to their lives and liberty at the hands of respondents No.4 to 11. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that both the petitioners are major. Learned counsel submits that although the petitioner No.1 solemnized marriage with respondent No.10 but the marriage did not work out well and respondent No.10 used to torture petitioner No.1 on petty issues. Learned counsel for the petitioners has further submitted that in fact petitioner No.2 is also a married man but he has been taking care of petitioner No.1 and they are residing together happily. Learned counsel has submitted that the said live-in relationship of the petitioners is however not acceptable to their relatives especially to private GAURAV SOROT 2020.02.11 14:10 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
(2) CRWP-1370-2020 respondents No.4 to 11 who have been consistently issuing threats to eliminate the petitioners. It is further been submitted that although a representation (Annexure P-3) was submitted to Superintendent of Police, Nuh District Nuh, but no action has been taken thereupon. 3.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of the averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Nuh to look into the matter and to dispose of representation (Annexure P-3) expeditiously in accordance with law. 4.
A copy of this order along with copy of representation (Annexure P-3) be sent to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Nuh so as to enable him to do the needful expeditiously.

It is however clarified that aforesaid order shall not be construed any kind of immunity upon the petitioners, in case, it is found that they had committed any wrong rendering them liable for civil or criminal liability.
