**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners contends that complaint under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act bearing No.NACT/28/2014 was filed on 01.11.2013 which was re-numbered as COMA/8890/2014 dated 16.12.2014 and was again re-numbered as NACT/262 of 2018 dated 5.10.2018. Prayer is for passing of necessary direction to the Trial Court to decide the complaint in a time bound manner which has reached the stage of leading evidence. In view of nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, it would be just and appropriate to direct the GEETA RANI 2020.02.13 17:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M No.6476 of 2020 Trial Court to make every endeavour to decide the pending complaint at the earliest by giving short adjournments. Since 2013, much time has been consumed in transfer of complaint from one place to other, therefore, it would be just and appropriate to direct the Trial Court to conclude the proceedings preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
