(ORAL) By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the relief of the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the transfer order dated 08.02.2021 (Annexure P-11) whereby he has been transferred from District Rewari to Jagadhari and also setting aside the relieving order dated 15.02.2021 (Annexure P-13) as passed by respondent No.3 directing the petitioner to report at his office, while averring that the afore-said transfer order has been passed in violation of the prevalent transfer policy and without seeking his options. He has also mentioned in this petition that he has already moved a representation to the respondents on 10.02.2021 (Annexure P-12) for seeking the redressal of his afore-said grievance. Mr. S.S.Pannu, Deputy A.G., Haryana, who has joined the proceedings in pursuance of the copy of this petition having been sent to the respondents-State in advance, accepts notice on behalf of all the ANJU 2021.02.19 17:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is given to respondent No.1, i.e. Additional Chief Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, to consider and decide his said representation (Annexure P-12) within some specific time frame.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Keeping in view the afore-discussed limited prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and without commenting upon the merits of the matter in hand, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1, i.e. the Additional Chief Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Department, Haryana, to consider and decide the said representation (Annexure P-12) of the petitioner, in any case, on or before 24.02.2021 positively.
