RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Rahul, in case FIR No. 186 dated 06.10.2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 325, 341, 307 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Behal, District Bhiwani. On instructions from, SI Satyawan, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 22.02.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
