Accordingly, correction copies of Annexure P-1 and P-2 along with additional affidavit of the petitioner are taken on record. C.W.P No. 2942-2024 1.

The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing impugned orders dated 24.01.2024 and 29.01.2024 (Annexures P-3 and P-4), deputing and relieving the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions submits that the petitioner will be sent back to the same place, where she was working i.e Malout, within a period of 10 days.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied with the aforesaid statement and rendering the present petition as infructuous. 5.
