* * * * Learned counsel, who filed this writ petition, has since been elevated to the Bench of this Court. Notice was, consequently, sent to the petitioner. The said notice has been received back unserved with the report "firm closed 10-15 years ago." It is, however, noticed that the operation of the award passed by the Labour Court was stayed by this Court subject to the provision of Section 17-B of the Industrial Disputes Act.
