RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this appeal, appellant has laid challenge to judgment of conviction and order of sentence dated 19.09.2017 of the trial Court, whereby appellant has been held guilty under Section 411 IPC and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for one year. Learned State counsel, filing custody certificate, submits that this appeal has rendered infructuous in view of the fact that appellant has completed the sentence.
